Total Sum definition

Total Sum means the total maximum amount of compensation for which all Work Orders may potentially be issued pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor’s entitlement to payment under this Agreement shall not exceed the Total Sum.

Total Sum. The County shall pay the City the sum of $22,140 including services, supplies and equipment for each year City provides general law enforcement service pursuant to this Agreement. If City provides general law enforcement services to the County for less than a full year, County shall reimburse the City on a pro-rata basis for the time services were actually provided.
