Total Cost of Ministry. The Congregation will provide to the Lead Minister salary and housing in the amount of $78,079 for the current year of employment. In addition to the salary and housing amount, certain benefits will be provided. It is the desire of this church to compensate the Lead Minister in accordance with the Fair Compensation Guidelines as published by the UUA and to provide benefits in accordance with these guidelines. The Lead Minister must elect pension, health, and disability coverage or provide the Board with adequate rationale for not doing so.

  • Total Cost It is estimated that the total cost to Princeton University for the performance of this Contract shall not exceed the Not-to-Exceed Price set forth in the Contract and the Contractor agrees to use its best efforts to perform the Work specified in the Contract and all obligations under this Contract within such Not-to- Exceed Price. If at any time the Contractor has reason to believe that the hourly rate payments and material costs that will accrue in performing this Contract in the next succeeding thirty (30) days, if added to all other payments and costs previously accrued, will exceed eighty-five percent (85%) of the Not-to-Exceed Price in the Contract, the Contractor shall notify Princeton University giving a revised estimate of the total price for performing this Contract with supporting reasons and documentation. If at any time during performing this Contract, the Contractor has reason to believe that the total price to Princeton University for performing this Contract will be substantially greater or less than stated Not-to-Exceed Price, the Contractor shall so notify Princeton University, giving a revised estimate of the total price for performing this Contract, with supporting reasons and documentation. If at any time during performance of this Contract, Princeton University has reason to believe that the cost required to perform the Work of this Contract will be substantially greater or less than the stated Not-to-Exceed Price, Princeton University will so advise the Contractor, giving the then- revised estimate of the total amount of effort to be required under the Contract.

  • Project Cost An updated cost spreadsheet reflecting the current forecasted cost vs. the latest approved budget vs. the baseline budget should be included in this section. One way to track project cost is to show: (1) Baseline Budget, (2) Latest Approved Budget, (3) Current Forecasted Cost Estimate, (4) Expenditures or Commitments to Date, and (5) Variance between Current Forecasted Cost and Latest Approved Budget.   • Estimated Cost Estimated costs by construction phases for Specified Roads listed in A7 are stated by segments in the Schedule of Items. Such estimated costs are subject to adjustment under B3.3, B5.2, B5.21, B5.212, B5.25, and B5.26.   • Indirect Cost Rates The System Agency may acknowledge an indirect cost rate for Grantees that is utilized for all applicable Grant Agreements. For subrecipients receiving federal funds, indirect cost rates will be determined in accordance with applicable law including, but not limited to, 2 CFR 200.414(f). For recipients receiving state funds, indirect costs will be determined in accordance with applicable law including, but not limited to, TxGMS. Grantees funded with blended federal and state funding will be subject to both state and federal requirements when determining indirect costs. In the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal law or regulation, the provisions of federal law or regulation will apply. Grantee will provide any necessary financial documents to determine the indirect cost rate in accordance with the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) and TxGMS.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.
