Total Sulphur Clause Samples

Total Sulphur not to exceed five (5) grains per one hundred (100) cubic feet (not inclusive of sulphur caused by odorization equipment);
Total Sulphur. The gas will not contain total sulphur, including hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans, in concentration greater than 10 mg/m3.
Total Sulphur. The gas shall not contain more than ten (10) grains of total sulphur, excluding any mercaptan sulphur, per one-hundred (100) cubic feet.
Total Sulphur. The Committed Gas shall not contain more than twenty (20) grains of total sulphur per one hundred (100) cubic feet of gas as determined by a quantitative test generally accepted in the natural gas industry for such purpose.
Total Sulphur. The gas will not contain total sulphur including hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans in concentration greater than 50 milligrams per cubic metre (50 mg/m3). Test method: ASTM D 1072 Test method for total sulphur in fuel gases.
Total Sulphur. The Gas shall not contain more than one (1) grain of total sulphur per hundred (100) cubic feet of gas as determined by a method generally acceptable for use in the gas industry.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point ▇▇▇▇▇▇. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.

  • Forced Outages During any forced outage, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may suspend interconnection service to the Interconnection Customer to effect immediate repairs on the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. The NYISO shall use Reasonable Efforts to provide the Interconnection Customer with prior notice. If prior notice is not given, the NYISO shall, upon request, provide the Interconnection Customer written documentation after the fact explaining the circumstances of the disconnection.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria (Reactive Power A wind generating plant shall maintain a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, measured at the Point of Interconnection as defined in this LGIA, if the ISO’s System Reliability Impact Study shows that such a requirement is necessary to ensure safety or reliability. The power factor range standards can be met using, for example without limitation, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors if agreed to by the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, or a combination of the two. The Developer shall not disable power factor equipment while the wind plant is in operation. Wind plants shall also be able to provide sufficient dynamic voltage support in lieu of the power system stabilizer and automatic voltage regulation at the generator excitation system if the System Reliability Impact Study shows this to be required for system safety or reliability.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.
