Tour Selection. An employee shall be permitted to select the tour the employee desires to work subject to the following conditions: (1) An employee shall not be permitted to select the days of the week the employee is to work or the type of work the employee is to perform. (2) Tour selection shall occur at least three (3) times during each calendar year. (3) Where there are two (2) or more regular full-time employees in a work group they shall be allowed to choose their tour based on seniority, qualifications and needs of the business permitting. (4) Where there are two (2) or more regular part-time employees in a work group, they shall be allowed to choose their tour based on seniority, qualifications and needs of the business permitting. (5) The provision of Paragraph 2(c)(2) shall not apply in occupational and/or administrative units where employees' scheduled hours of work and scheduled days do not normally vary.
