Tow Contractor Requirements. In addition to the requirements for Registered Tow Truck Operators pursuant to SMC Chapters 6.214 and 11.30, RCW Ch. 46.55, and WAC Chapters 308-61 and 204-91A, the Contractor shall meet or exceed the following requirements at all times. Tows Trucks and Tow Truck Equipment: The Contractor shall own, lease, or subcontract tow truck equipment classified as Class A or D, Class B, Class C and Class E. The Contract shall have sufficient number and classes of tow truck and tow truck equipment to respond to all requests for impoundment 24 hours per day 7 days per week within the response times set forth in Section 8.3, Performance Standards.
