Town Cooperation Sample Clauses

Town Cooperation. The Town agrees to cooperate with and reasonably assist Developer in its efforts to obtain necessary permits, approvals, or licenses from other governmental entities necessary or beneficial for the development of the Project as approved by the Town, including the Department of Transportation, the MPO, and ONWASA. Furthermore, the Town shall, as soon as is practicable following the execution of this Agreement, request that a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for this project be completed by the Jacksonville Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (JUMPO.) The Town will provide the TIA to Developer upon completion.
