UNION COOPERATIONThe Union, as well as the members thereof, agree at all times as fully as it may be within their power, to further the interests of the Employer.
UNION COOPERATION. The Union agrees to uphold the rules and regula­ tions of the Employer in regard to punctual and steady attendance, proper and sufficient notification in case of necessary absence, conduct on the job, and all other reasonable rules and regulations established by the Employer.
UNION COOPERATIONThe Union agrees that it recognizes it is in the best interests of both parties for it to encourage its members, individually and collective- ly, to perform loyal and efficient work and will use all reasonable efforts to that end. The Company will not request or require from any employees any more than a reasonable performance.
UNION COOPERATIONThe Union recognizes the responsibility assumed by it as the exclusive bargaining agent of the employees in the bargaining unit. It, therefore, pledges the full cooperation of its membership to promote the economic success of the Employer in order that the maximum opportunity for continuous employment, good wages and good working conditions may continue; and agrees that the employees covered by this Agreement shall diligently work for the best interests of the Employer in every way just and lawful, giving honest and diligent service to the Employer and to each other.
UNION COOPERATIONIn addition, the Union shall cooperate at all times with the 39 Employer in the continuation of its operations and services and shall actively discourage and 40 attempt to prevent any violation of this Article. If any violation of this Article occurs, the Union 41 shall immediately discourage and attempt to prevent any violation of this Article. If any 42 violation of this Article occurs, the Union shall immediately notify all employees that the strike, 43 slowdown, workstoppage, or other concerted interference with or the withholding of services 44 from the Employer is prohibited, not sanctioned by the Union and order all employees to return 45 to work immediately.
UNION COOPERATION. 5.1 The Union agrees at all times, as far as it is within its power, to further the interest of the City.

UNION COOPERATIONThe Union agrees that it will in good faith cooperate with the Employer in attempting to assure that reasonable work standards, schedules and the rules and regulations of the Employer are complied with and that it will not directly or indirectly encourage, permit or cause any concerted work stoppage, slowdown, strike or other interference with the day-to-day operation of the Employer. The provisions of this Section shall remain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement.
UNION COOPERATION. If the Company experiences difficulty in obtaining sufficient volunteers in accordance with this section 4.09, the Union will attempt to resolve the problem.

The Union recognizes the need for im­ proved methods and output in the interest of the employees and the business and agrees to cooperate with the Employer in the installation of such methods, in sug­ gesting improved methods and in the edu­ cation of its members in the necessity for such changes and improvements.
