Trade Facilities. Subject to this Agreement: (a) HSBC (Australia) agrees to provide the Australian Trade Borrowers with the Trade Facilities described below in AUD; and (b) HSBC (HK) agrees to provide the HK Trade Borrower with the Trade Facilities described below in HKD or USD, or any other Approved Currency for the purpose and on the terms and conditions set out below and on such other terms and conditions as may be agreed from time to time between that Trade Financier and the Parent.

Trade Facilities. The agreement authorizes all goods grown, produced or manufactured in Malawi to access SA’s market free of customs duty. However, imports of coffee, tea and sugar are subject to control when entering SA. Goods grown, produced or manufactured in SA are to be imported into Malawi under a certain rate of duty, but exports of rough and uncut diamonds produced in SA shall be free of export duty for industrial use in Malawi. In addition, to facilitate exports to SA, the agreement stipulates that under normal trade and market conditions in any calendar year import permits shall be issued for quantities not less than 300 000 kilograms of un-manufactured tobacco; 750 metric tons of groundnuts, shelled or with the shell; and 100 metric tons of processed groundnuts. Malawi also exports other agricultural products to SA, including coffee, tea, and sugar.

Related to Trade Facilities

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. See “Property Conditions” section 12 of the BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Housing Contract.

  • Office Facilities During the period of employment, Executive shall have his office where the Corporation’s principal executive offices are located from time to time, which currently are at 3000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, and the Corporation shall furnish Executive with office facilities reasonably suitable to his position at such location.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Banking Facilities Schedule 3.25 sets forth a complete and correct list of: (a) each bank, savings and loan or similar financial institution in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has an account or safety deposit box and the numbers of such accounts or safety deposit boxes maintained thereat; and (b) the names of all persons authorized to draw on each such account or to have access to any such safety deposit box, together with a description of the authority (and conditions thereto, if any) of each person with respect thereto.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to ICG.

  • System Protection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
