Common use of Trade in Services Clause in Contracts

Trade in Services. 1. The Parties may negotiate trade in services to extend the scope of this Agreement. In this regard, it is acknowledged that Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho and Mozambique ("Participating States"), and the EU, have started to negotiate trade in services under the EU-SADC EPA. The Participating States may continue these negotiations with the UK under this Agreement, without prejudice to any negotiations between the Participating States and the EU.
