TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE a) Auto-By-Tel will retain all right, title and interest in and to its trademarks, service marks and trade names worldwide, subject to the limited license granted to Excite hereunder.
b) Excite will retain all right, title and interest in and to its trademarks, service marks and trade names worldwide, subject to the limited license granted to Auto-By-Tel hereunder.
c) Each party hereby grants to the other a non-exclusive, limited license to use its trademarks, service marks or trade names only as specifically described in this Agreement. All such use shall be in accordance with each party's reasonable policies regarding advertising and trademark usage as established from time to time.
d) Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, each party will cease using the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names of the other except:
i) As the parties may agree in writing; or
ii) To the extent permitted by applicable law.

Client agrees to obtain Excite's written consent prior to use of Excite's logo and trademarks.
d) Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, each party will cease using the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names of the other except:
i) As the parties may agree in writing; or
ii) To the extent permitted by applicable law.
TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE. EBLD and Licensee will retain all right, title and interest in and to their respective trademarks, service marks and trade names worldwide, subject to limited cross-licenses necessary to perform this Agreement. Neither party shall alter the other party's respective trademarks or other intellectual property without the other party's express written consent. All references to the other party's intellectual property shall include the appropriate trademark, copyright or other legal notices, and shall be subject to the other party's prior written approval.
TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE a) Content Provider will retain all right, title and interest in and to its trademarks, service marks and trade names worldwide, including any goodwill associated therewith, subject to the limited license granted to Excite hereunder. Any use of any such trademarks by Excite shall inure to the benefit of Content Provider and Excite shall take no action that is inconsistent with Content Provider's ownership thereof.
b) Excite will retain all right, title and interest in and to its trademarks, service marks and trade names worldwide, including any goodwill associated therewith, subject to the limited license granted to Content Provider hereunder. Any use of any such trademarks by Content Provider shall inure to the benefit of Excite and Content Provider shall take no action that is inconsistent with Excite's ownership thereof.

c) Each party ("Licensor") hereby grants to the other a non-exclusive, limited license to use Licensor's trademarks, service marks or trade names only as specifically described in this Agreement. All such use shall be in accordance with Licensor's reasonable policies regarding advertising and trademark usage, as shall be established or changed from time to time, in each party's sole discretion.
d) Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, each party will cease using the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names of the other except:
i. As the parties may agree in writing; or
ii. To the extent permitted by applicable law.
TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE. (a) The Client shall retain all right, title and interest in and to its Trademarks, including any goodwill associated therewith, subject to the limited license granted to Granicus, Inc. pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof.
(b) Granicus, Inc. shall retain all right, title and interest in and to the Granicus, Inc. Trademarks, including any goodwill associated therewith, subject to the limited license granted to the Client pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof.
(c) Each party grants to the other a non-exclusive, non-transferable (other than as provided in Section 6.1 hereof), limited license to use the other party’s Trademarks as is reasonably necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, provided that any promotional materials containing the other party’s trademarks shall be subject to the prior written approval of such other party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
(d) Neither party shall use the other party’s Trademarks in a manner that disparages the other party or its products or services, or portrays the other party or its products or services in a false, competitively adverse or poor light. Each party shall comply with the other party’s requests as to the use of the other party’s Trademarks and shall avoid any action that diminishes the value of such Trademarks.
