TRADES COMMITTEE. The parties will continue with the joint Union/Management Committee known as the “Trades Committee”. The purpose of the committee will be to meet and confer to determine whether inequities exist between BCEA trade classifications and comparable classifications within the IBEW trade series and other outside agencies.
