Trading of Extra Shifts. 1. Employees may trade an extra shift assignment provided they have booked on their own shift first and have the same qualifications as the employee they are trading with. Once the schedule has been posted the employees must have any trade authorized by the crew scheduler by 4:00 p.m. on Friday. 2. The employees would be charged the hours worked on their bid shift.
