Traffic Control Equipment. When applicable When the Contractor’s operations obtrude onto any part of the roadway, the Contractor is to adhere to the Department's publication "Traffic Control During Maintenance Operation” latest edition (revised 07/2002 included in attachments). When Traffic Control equipment and devices are provided by a Sub-contractor, payment shall be made as a direct cost and shall be included on the bid form under “Traffic Control Equipment.”
