Traffic Measurement. “Traffic Measurement (TM)” is the recording of call detail including, but not limited to, calling telephone number, called telephone number, time of day, date, duration, and other identifying characteristics for local telecommunications traffic. Where available, USWC shall provide TM capabilities to Xxxxx 0 for the determination of local calling volumes originating from a USWC customer and terminating at an Level 3 customer’s premise. In addition, measurement capability for local calls which transit the USWC network from a third Party and terminate at an Level 3 end user shall be provided. The rate for TM shall be on a per call basis. The TM function includes exchange of the recorded information through standard electronic interfaces as described in Part V of this Agreement.

Traffic Measurement. Except as noted in Appendix C, each Party is responsible for measuring and recording all Telecommunications traffic delivered to or received from the other Party. All charges for Transport and Termination of the Parties’ respective traffic are to be billed monthly and measured in minutes of use (“MOU”) exchanged by the Parties in accordance with the rates set forth in Appendix C attached to this Agreement.
Traffic Measurement. During the Term (as defined below), Publisher authorizes Woven to aggregate the Property's traffic under Woven's name or the name of any Woven affiliate, with any third party traffic and audience measurement and/or reporting services (e.g., comScore, Media Metrix, Nielsen Net Ratings @Plan), and Woven agrees to execute documents reasonably necessary to effectuate this authorization.

  • Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Compensation for work at termination will be based on a percentage of the work completed at that time. Should the State terminate this contract under paragraph (4) or (5) above, the Engineer shall not incur costs during the thirty-day notice period in excess of the amount incurred during the preceding thirty days.

  • Measurement and Monitoring Tools Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order. Upon LAUSD’s request, Contractor shall provide LAUSD with access to the measurement and monitoring tools described herein, and to any information that they generate.

  • Testing Procedure Limitations The Asset Representations Reviewer will only be required to perform the Tests, and will not be obligated to perform additional procedures on any Review Receivable or to provide any information other than a Review Report. However, the Asset Representations Reviewer may provide additional information in a Review Report about any Review Receivable that it determines in good faith to be material to the Asset Representations Review.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.

  • Cost of Metering The Issuer shall not be obligated to pay any costs associated with the routine metering duties set forth in this Section 2, including the costs of installing, replacing and maintaining meters, nor shall the Issuer be entitled to any credit against the Servicing Fee for any cost savings realized by the Servicer as a result of new metering and/or billing technologies.

  • Mitigation Measures Company shall take commercially reasonable measures (except measures causing it to incur out-of-pocket expenses which BNYM does not agree in advance to reimburse) to mitigate losses or potential losses to BNYM, including taking verification, validation and reconciliation measures that are commercially reasonable or standard practice in the Company’s business.
