Common use of Training by INFRAREDX Clause in Contracts

Training by INFRAREDX. INFRAREDX shall provide sales and technical training to Distributor’s personnel prior to initial Product shipment and additional training will be provided on an as needed basis as mutually agreed by the parties during the term of the agreement. The dates, location and content of the training shall be determined by mutual agreement by the parties. Such training may be given at a location in or near the Territory. In either case, INFRAREDX and Distributor shall each pay their own costs for travel, food, and lodging during the training period.
