Common use of Training Contact Clause in Contracts

Training Contact. 19.3.1 An apprentice shall be party to an Apprenticeship/Traineeship Training Contract (Training Contract) 19.3.2 The Training Contract forms a legally binding agreement between the employer and an apprentice for the training of the apprentice. 19.3.3 The Training Contract establishes obligations on the employer and the apprentice. 19.3.4 The employer will provide training and/or provide access to training consistent with the contract or training agreement and without loss of pay.
