Training Facilities. The following principles apply to the training facilities, such as study time and study costs: − Work instruction for the current job takes place during working hours; − As a general rule, the employer pays costs related to training for the employee's current or next position; − The employer and the employee jointly contribute to the costs and study time for preventive training, i.e. training aimed at preventing the employee from losing their job in the future. At least half of the time required for this type of training is working hours. − If the employee's position ceases to exist as a result of a reorganisation, the employer pays the costs of following a training course for another position.
