MAINTENANCE OF BUSES. 14.2.1 The Operator shall also be responsible for Maintenance of all the Buses during the term of the Contract. The Operator shall ensure that the following activities are regularly undertaken as a part of the maintenance activities of the Buses without causing any disruption to the frequency or the availability of the Buses in accordance with the terms contained herein:

MAINTENANCE OF BUSES. The bus drivers shall be responsible for cleaning and/or maintaining their buses on the interior to meet health standards, and the exterior to meet safety standards as specified by State law. The bus drivers shall not be required to remove or replace safety equipment on the buses. It shall be the bus driver's responsibility to fuel their own bus
MAINTENANCE OF BUSES. Before the delivery of the chassis, the supplier shall furnish maintenance instructions together with the detailed drawing and specification of spares and units, electrical network diagram etc, sufficient details to enable the APSRTC staff to operate the buses built on these chassis in a smooth and trouble free manner and to maintain, dismantle, reassemble, recondition and adjust all the parts of units. The supplier shall also furnish the maintenance schedule for preventive maintenance of the chassis. The chassis shall not be considered as taken over by the APSRTC until technical data book and coloured wall charts of the major units, showing the assembly, details of engine, gear box, rear axle, front axle, and clutch are supplied. The coloured wall charts copy each three sets per depot have to be supplied on FOC basis to the APSRTC.
MAINTENANCE OF BUSES. It is the responsibility of the drivers to see that their bus is properly maintained by reporting to the Transportation Supervisor any mechanical problems and adverse conditions of the bus.
MAINTENANCE OF BUSES. Maintenance Obligations The Operator shall maintain all Buses in accordance with the provisions of this Article 17, the Specifications and Standards, the Maintenance Manual and the Maintenance Requirements (the “Maintenance Obligations”). The Parties agree that for discharging the Maintenance Obligations hereunder, the Operator shall provide its staff, movable equipment, Spares and Consumables, workshop, office space etc. The Parties further agree that the workshop space to be provided hereunder by the Operator for discharging the Maintenance Obligations of the Operator shall be no less than [100 m (hundred metres) long and 20 m (twenty metres) wide], within the Maintenance Depot.

Drivers will be paid to wash/rinse buses at the following rates: • Rinse only outside = $5.00 • Wash with soap outside = $10.00 • Wash with soap inside = $10.00 Buses may be washed no more than one time a week unless approved by the Supervisor of Transportation.

  • Maintenance of Records I agree to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, and any other format that may be specified by the Company. The records will be available to and remain the sole property of the Company at all times.

  • MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC A. In the event that any of the work is conducted within any public right of way, the CONTRACTOR shall provide proper Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). Unless otherwise specified, the standard specifications to be used for the Service will be the strictest and latest edition as promulgated by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) or the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).

  • Maintenance of Equipment The Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved. No Borrower shall use or operate the Equipment in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule or regulation. Each Borrower shall have the right to sell Equipment to the extent set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.

  • Maintenance and Inspection of Records The City, or its authorized auditors or representatives, shall have access to and the right to audit and reproduce any of the Contractor's records to the extent the City deems necessary to insure it is receiving all money to which it is entitled under the Contract and/or is paying only the amounts to which Contractor is properly entitled under the Contract or for other purposes relating to the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain and preserve all such records for a period of at least three (3) years after termination of the Contract. The Contractor shall maintain all such records in the City of Xxxxxx. If not, the Contractor shall, upon request, promptly deliver the records to the City of Xxxxxx or reimburse the City for all reasonable and extra costs incurred in conducting the audit at a location other than the City of Xxxxxx, including, but not limited to, such additional (out of the City) expenses for personnel, salaries, private auditors, travel, lodging, meals, and overhead.

  • Maintenance of Services 5.1 Services resold pursuant to this Attachment and BellSouth’s General Subscriber Service Tariff and Private Line Service Tariff and facilities and equipment provided by BellSouth shall be maintained by BellSouth.
