Training for Shop Stewards and Occupational Health and Safety Representatives. Shop Stewards will be given a maximum of five (5) days training per annum (cumulative to a maximum of 15 days) at an approved Union training program. Shop Stewards will be paid their normal rate including all allowances while attending these courses. Additional training can be undertaken by agreement. Occupational Health and Safety Representatives will be afforded a minimum of five (5) days training per annum at accredited WorkCover training programs. Occupational Health and Safety Representatives will be paid their normal rate including all allowances while attending these courses. Sufficient notice shall be given to the Company to enable agreement for employees to attend these courses.
