Training for Supervisory Position. ‌ For training purposes, employees not meeting all of the minimum qualifications for a supervisory position may be temporarily assigned for a minimum of one week (five consecutive working days), to perform the duties of supervisor and will receive a five percent (5%) increase in their current base salary rate listed in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
