Common use of Training Fund Clause in Contracts

Training Fund. 5.01 The Employer agrees to contribute the sum of Sixty Cents ($0.60) per hour for each hour worked by each Operator in their employ to the International Union of Operating Engineers Training Fund (includes five cents ($0.05) per hour to the National Training Fund).
