Participation in Other Authority Programs With the exception of providing Products and Services to the Authority as described in Exhibit A of this Agreement, neither the Contractor nor the Contractor’s employees, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, members or subcontractors will participate in Authority housing programs or do business with the Authority under any program in which the Authority has a direct or indirect relationship without securing approval from the Authority's Director of Legal Affairs.

Promotional Examinations All promotional examinations shall be competitive and shall be conducted in the same manner as open examinations except that admission to a promotional examination shall be restricted to persons in the employ of the County who have served at least six months following regular appointment to the classified service and who meet the published requirements for the examination. The Commission shall determine whether an examination shall be held on a promotional or open basis. 1492 Disposition of Papers and Records Prescribed application forms of persons who fail to appear for the written test and examination records of candidates who fail to qualify in the written test shall be destroyed at any time after thirty days from the date of promulgation of the eligible list. Examination records of candidates who qualify in an examination shall be retained during the life of the eligible list or for 15 months, whichever is longer, and the examination records of each appointee shall be filed in his/her permanent personnel folder. Following the period during which competitors may inspect their examination papers, and after their ratings in each part of the examination have been transferred to examination records, examination materials such as question booklets, answer sheets and work papers may be destroyed, but general qualification appraisal sheets and applications shall be retained at least 15 months from the date of the promulgation of the eligible list. Right to Grieve Other Disciplinary Action (a) Disciplinary action grievable by the employee shall include:
an Other VET Funding Arrangement Termination Event occurs in relation to the Training Provider, or any other registered training organisation that is a member of the Training Provider Group.

Integration with Other Disability Income In the event a totally disabled employee is entitled to any other income as a result of the same accident, sickness, mental or nervous disorder that caused him/her to be eligible to receive benefits from this Plan, the benefits from this Plan will be reduced by one hundred percent (100%) of such other disability income. Other disability income shall include, but not necessarily be limited to:
Office Visits (other than Preventive Care Services) This plan covers office and clinic visits to diagnose or treat a sickness or injury. Office visit copayments differ depending on the type of provider you see. This plan covers physician visits in your home if you have an injury or illness that: • confines you to your home; or • requires special transportation; and • because of this injury or illness, you are physically unable to travel to the provider’s
Leave for Writing Examinations Leave of absence with pay shall be granted to allow employees time to write examinations for courses approved by the Employer. Employees shall advise the Employer of the time and place of the examination when they are made aware of the time and place.
All Other Disputes All other disputes (i.e., contractual disputes) shall be valid only if reasonable within the scope of this Agreement, and the applicable statute of limitations shall govern such disputes.
