This will include requirement to successfully pass all tests necessary for continued progression in the apprenticeship as determined by the ITA. In the event of failure to pass such a test, contingent on the permissibility of the ITA, the apprentice will be given a second (2nd) opportunity, but in the event of failure to pass on the occasion of the second (2nd) such test, he/she shall be required to withdraw from the Program. The “on the job” training exposure will be as per the requirements of the ITA for each trade and will be monitored accordingly by the Company and the apprentice.
