Transaction Privilege Tax. Lessee shall pay at the time of and in addition to the rent as additional rent any sales gross income rental occupancy, transaction privilege tax or other like tax measured by or imposed upon the rent paid by Lessee under this Lease by any governmental authority pursuant to any present or future law.

Any such fees shall be calculated from the effective date of this Agreement and any retroactive amounts from the date of the change in circumstances that cause the fee to be due the City shall be payable within 30 days of written notification by the City to PAETEC of what amount is due.
