Section 21.1. 41 In the event that a position changes from monolingual to bilingual, the Public School 42 Employees of Washington/SEIU Local 1948 (PSE) Chapter representative from the affected 43 classification may be solicited for input.
Section 21.1. If the District considers that it may be in the best interest of the District to contract or sub- 47 contract for all functions presently performed by employees within a general job classification 1 (Secretary-Clerical, Custodial-Maintenance, Instructional Paraeducator, Transportation, Food 2 Service, Program Coordinators, Technology Coordinator and Technology Support Technician), 3 representatives of the District shall meet with representatives of the employee group to receive 4 and consider input from the employee group as to what alternatives to contracting/sub- 5 contracting are available to the District. Section 21.1. 11 All employees shall be evaluated at least annually and shall receive a copy of their evaluation. The 12 probationary employee will be evaluated at least once within the first ninety (90) regularly scheduled 13 workdays. If performance is satisfactory, he/she will become a regular employee after ninety (90) 14 regularly scheduled workdays with their seniority then being retroactive to the first day of employment 15 as a regular full-time or regular part-time employee. Any document utilized in the evaluation process 16 will be made available for the employee’s review, upon request. 20 ARTICLE XXII 21 22 DISCHARGE OR SUSPENSION
Section 21.1. 26 Employees who resign their summer employment position shall have their seniority rights suspended 27 for the duration of the summer. Such suspension shall not apply to consideration for school year 28 positions.
