Transfer Between Registered Providers. Students are not allowed to transfer to a different provider until they have completed six (6) months of their principal course as outlined in Standard 7 of the National Code 2018 and the AHSI Student Transfer Policy. A 'transfer' is equal to a 'withdrawal'. AHSI will grant a letter of release only if XXXX is unable to continue to provide the course or the student has had a change in welfare and accommodation arrangements and is no longer within reasonable travelling time to AHSI.

  • Open registration ­‐ Second level registrations in the TLD will be open and available to lawful registrants. The TLD represents a generic or dictionary term, and Registry Operator accordingly will operate it in an inclusive manner. Registry Operator will not limit registrant eligibility based on identity nor restrict availability of second level names to only registrants whose identity is associated only with the most common usage of the term. Registry Operator will not disenfranchise lawful users who are associated with a minority usage of the term.

  • Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-­‐to-­‐date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

  • Written Reprimand A written reprimand may be issued to an employee when appropriate in keeping with provisions of this Article. Such written reprimand shall be dated and signed by the supervisor/designee before it is provided to the employee. If the employee chooses not to sign to acknowledge receipt of the reprimand, it shall be witnessed to document that the employee received the same. Such reprimands shall be filed in the affected employee’s personnel file.

  • Written Reprimands a. A written reprimand shall be issued within ten duty days of the initial formal conference.   • Registered Nurses Requests for a different shift in the nurse's present unit should be submitted to the nurse's immediate supervisor in writing. Requests for transfer to another unit should be submitted on the University’s Employment Website. A good faith effort will be made to facilitate lateral transfers from one unit to another. The nurse's length of service shall be a consideration on transfer to a different shift or unit. Applications for promotions should be submitted on the University’s Employment Website during the period of official posting. Promotional openings will be posted for a minimum of seven calendar days in the unit, the Nursing and Outpatient Clinic Administrative Office and the Medical Centers Human Resources Office.

  • Registered Nurse Level 3 (RN3) An employee at this level may also be known as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Nurse Manager or Nurse Educator. An employee appointed at this level: Holds any other qualification required for working in the employee’s particular practice setting; and is appointed as such by a selection process or by reclassification from a lower level when that the employee is required to perform the duties detailed in this subclause on a continuing basis. In addition to the duties of an RN2, an employee at this level will perform the following duties in accordance with practice settings and patient or client groups: Duties of a Clinical Nurse Consultant will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Nurse Manager and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs;  Staff and patient/client education; staff selection, management, development and appraisal; Participating in policy development and implementation;  Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care;  Delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to a specific group of patients or clients with complex nursing care needs, in a particular area of nursing practice within a practice setting;  Coordinating, and ensuring the maintenance of standards of the nursing care of a specific group or population of patients or clients within a practice setting; and  Coordinating or managing nursing or multidisciplinary service teams providing acute nursing and community services. Duties of a Nurse Manager will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others Including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs;  Staff selection and education; allocation and rostering of staff;  Occupational health;  Initiation and evaluation of research related to staff and resource management;  Participating in policy development and implementation;  Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency (for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care);  Being accountable for the management of human and material resources within a specified span of control, including the development and evaluation of staffing methodologies; and  Managing financial matters, budget preparation and cost control in respect of nursing within that span of control. Duties of a Nurse Educator will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Manager, particularly in the areas of action research;  Implementation and evaluation of staff education and development programs;  Staff selection;  Implementation and evaluation of patient or client education programs;

  • Written Request When Distributed - A Participant entitled to distribution who wishes to receive a distribution must submit a written request to the Plan Administrator. Such request shall be made upon a form provided by the Plan Administrator. Upon a valid request, the Plan Administrator shall direct the Trustee (or Custodian, if applicable) to commence distribution no later than the time specified in the Adoption Agreement for this purpose and, if not specified in the Adoption Agreement, then no later than 90 days following the later of:

A beneficial interest in a Registered Global Note will, subject to compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory restrictions, be transferable for Notes in definitive form or for a beneficial interest in another Registered Global Note of the same series only in the authorised denominations set out in the applicable Final Terms and only in accordance with the rules and operating procedures for the time being of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Agency Agreement.

  • Written Report The auditor shall prepare a written report documenting the results of the audit, including any deficiencies and recommendations for enhanced compliance with this AML Program. Copies of the report shall promptly be provided to the AML Compliance Officer and each Fund's Board of Directors for their review and consideration and may be provided to the AML Compliance Committee.
