Transfer During a School Year. Requests for transfer being implemented during the current school year shall only be considered with approval from the employee’s immediate supervisor and the assistant superintendent of human resources. If a transfer occurs during the school year, the employee will be relieved of regular duties two (2) school days to complete the transfer. The District will provide boxes and needed moving supplies and will move all materials.
