Transfer of Employees Affected by Reduction in Workforce. In the event an employee's position is eliminated, the Employer will transfer the employee to any available, comparable position for which the employee is qualified. If there are not sufficient openings to accommodate all qualified employees, the positions shall be offered to qualified candidates on the basis of seniority.
