TRANSFER OF LANDLORD. It is agreed that if the Landlord is transferred back to the Washington Metropolitan area by the Landlord’s employer or is discharged from active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States or from full time duty or technician status with the Virginia National Guard, the Landlord shall have the right to terminate this lease by giving the Tenant at least 60 (Sixty) days’ notice in writing, whereupon the Tenant shall vacate and surrender possession of the Premises to the Landlord on the termination date.

TRANSFER OF LANDLORD. It is agreed that if the Landlord is transferred back to the Washington Metropolitan area by the Landlord's employer, the Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease by giving the Tenant at least ninety (90) days notice in writing, whereupon the Tenant shall vacate and surrender possession of the Premises to the Landlord within the termination time period.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD. It is agreed that if the Landlord or Landlord's spouse is transferred back to the Washington Metropolitan area by his/her employer or otherwise accepts employment in the Washington Metropolitan area or is discharged from active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States or from full-time duty or technician status with the Virginia National Guard, the Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease by giving Tenant at least sixty (60) days' Notice in writing whereupon the Tenant shall vacate and surrender possession of the Premises to the Landlord within the termination time period.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD s Interest to Condemnor -------------------------------------------- Landlord may, without any obligation or liability to Tenant, agree to sell and/or convey to the condemnor the Premises, the Building, the Project or any portion thereof, sought by the condemnor, free from this Lease and the rights of Tenant hereunder, without first requiring that any action or proceeding be instituted or, if instituted, pursued to a judgment. In such event, this Lease shall be deemed terminated effective on the date of such transfer.

It is agreed that if Landlord is transferred back to the Washington Metropolitan area by Landlord’s employer or is discharged from active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States or with the National Guard, and that Landlord wants to reside in the Premises, then Landlord shall have the right to terminate Lease by giving Tenant at least days notice in writing whereupon Tenant shall vacate and surrender possession of the Premises to Landlord within the termination time period.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD s Interest Landlord hereby reserves the right to sell, assign or transfer this lease upon the condition that in such event this lease shall remain in full force and effect, subject to the performance by Tenant of all the terms, covenants and conditions on its part to be performed. Upon any such sale, assignment or transfer, other than merely as security, Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of assignee or transferee with respect to all matters in connection with this lease and Landlord shall be released from any further obligations hereunder. If any security deposit has been made by Tenant hereunder, Landlord may transfer such security deposit to such assignee or transferee and thereupon Landlord shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto.
