National Guard. The DNR will establish contacts and necessary agreements for National Guard assistance. All requests for National Guard resources will be processed by SLC.
National Guard. An employee attached to the National Guard or Military Reserves who is required to participate in the annual training encampment, reserve meetings, and/or is called to active duty, shall be so compensated up to thirty (30) calendar days and shall be given up to one hundred eighty (180) days of "Leave of Absence," provided the employee has at least one (1) year of service. Employees shall be placed on "Leave of Absence" only upon receipt of the Order to Duty.

National Guard. A regular employee who is a member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States shall be entitled to a leave with pay for the obligatory annual active duty training period, not to exceed fifteen (15) days. A minimum of two weeks' notice must be given to the supervisor and a copy of the official governmental orders authorizing the military training to be forwarded to the Department of Human Resources.
National Guard. The Authority agrees to abide by all applicable Federal and State regulations relative to military duty. When an employee is called to military duty, the Authority agrees to pay the difference between the employee’s military pay and the amount he would have earned on his regular assignment for those days in which he would otherwise have been scheduled to work. This payment will be made for a maximum of twenty- one (21) working days in each contract year.
National Guard. Time necessary for required National Guard duty during a declared emergency, up to five (5) days.
National Guard. Members of the National Guard are entitled to leave without regard to the length of their public service (Educ. Code § 87832).
National Guard. All full time employees of the Police Department who are members of the National Guard are entitled to leaves of absence from work without loss of pay or time, on all days they are engaged in training or active duty. The parties hereto acknowledge that the law requires the Borough only to pay the difference between the Borough salary and military pay in the event of a leave made necessary by the Order of the Governor. The Borough agrees to continue to pay full salary to any police officer who is absent from work due to training or active duty in consideration of any such officer making his or her best effort to schedule such absences so as not to negatively impact the staffing and/or scheduling needs of the department.

National Guard. An employee, who after having reported for their regular shift, is called out by their National Guard Unit for an emergency drill or alert, will receive pay for the remainder of their shift, or the duration of the alert, whichever is shorter. This time should be reported as allowed time. No pay is authorized unless the employee has actually reported for scheduled work.
