TRANSFER OF YOUR SERVICES FROM US TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER. (a) If you (or a service provider acting with your authority) ask us to transfer any of the Services to another service provider, then you remain liable to us for any Charges payable in relation to the supply of the Services up to the date on which we transfer those Services to another service provider.
TRANSFER OF YOUR SERVICES FROM US TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER. 7.1 If you (or a Supplier acting with your authority) ask us to transfer any of the Services to another Supplier, then you remain liable to us for any amount payable in relation to the supply of the Services up to the date on which we transfer those services to another Supplier. You will immediately pay us that Standard Form of Agreement amount on receipt of our invoice.
