Transfer to a Smaller Living Accommodation. If RESIDENT should choose to move to a smaller Living Accommodation, RESIDENT will be permitted to do so, subject to availability. NEWBURY COURT shall have the right to assess a transfer fee in connection with RESIDENT'S transfer to another Living Accommodation. Following the move, RESIDENT will pay the Monthly Fee allocable to the smaller unit. No refund of any portion of RESIDENT'S Entrance Fee shall be made at such time.
Transfer to a Smaller Living Accommodation. If a single RESIDENT or two RESIDENTS sharing a Living Accommodation should choose to move to a smaller Living Accommodation, RESIDENT will be permitted to do so, subject to availability. Following the move, RESIDENT will pay the then current Monthly Service Fee for the smaller Living Accommodation. No refund of any portion of the Entrance Fee will be made as a result of the transfer.
