Transfer to Another Utility Customer. You will be permitted to transfer your Solar Interest purchased hereunder to another utility customer as long as such transfer is made in compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The transferee of the Solar Interest must qualify for participation as set forth in the Program Requirements. As a condition of any such transfer you and the proposed transferee shall provide us with all requested documentation and information related to the transfer, including, but not limited to, the new customer's name, address, email address, fax number, and Utility account number. Upon receipt of such documents and information, we will prepare an agreement similar to this Agreement for execution by the new customer, except that the Term shall be only the remaining Term under this Agreement. Upon execution of such new agreement, this Agreement will terminate. You acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to assist you in identifying or qualifying any potential new customer to whom you may transfer your Solar Interest, nor shall we be obligated to purchase your Solar Interest or otherwise compensate you in the event you do not transfer your Solar Interest.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave.   • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Assignment or Subcontracting The terms, covenants, and conditions contained herein shall apply to and bind the heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns of the parties. Furthermore, neither the performance of this Contract nor any portion thereof may be assigned or subcontracted by Contractor without the express written consent of County. Any attempt by Contractor to assign or sub-contract the performance or any portion thereof of this Contract without the express written consent of County shall be invalid and shall constitute a breach of this Contract.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • License to Customer Vendor grants to Customer, a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license, solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes, to use, copy, modify, display, perform (by any means), transmit and prepare derivative works of any Vendor IP embodied in or delivered to Customer in conjunction with the Work Product.
