- Transfer Upon Death of a Distributor. To effectuate a testamentary transfer of a LivElite International business, the Personal Representative or Executor of the estate of the deceased Distributor must provide all necessary documentation to establish a successor’s or successors’ right to the subject LivElite International business. The successor or successors must complete and execute a Distributor Agreement and meet the other requirements set forth in Section 4.29.

Appropriate legal documentation must be submitted to the Company to ensure the transfer is proper. Accordingly, a distributor should consult a legal professional to assist him or her in the preparation of a will or other testamentary instrument. Whenever a Wealth Training Distributorship business is transferred by a will or other testamentaryprocess, the beneficiary acquires the right to collect all bonuses and commissions of the deceased distributor’s Marketing Organization provided the following qualifications are met. The successor(s) must: • Execute a Distributor Agreement; • Provide an original death certificate and a Certified copy of the will or other instrument establishing the successor’s right to the Wealth Training Distributor business; • Comply with terms and provisions of the Agreement; • Meet all of the qualifications for the deceased distributor’s status;
- Transfer Upon Death of a Distributor. To effectuate a testamentary transfer of a Syntek Global business, the Personal Representative or Executor of the estate of the deceased Distributor must provide all necessary documentation to establish a successor’s or successors’ right to the subject Syntek Global business. The successor or successors must complete and execute a Distributor Agreement and meet the other requirements set forth in Section 4.29.

  • Payment Upon Death When an employee dies, any and all accrued, unused vacation leave to his/her credit shall be paid to the surviving spouse. In the event that Registry Operator does not consent to provide such data, any registry data related to the TLD shall be returned to Registry Operator, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Registry Operator agrees that ICANN may make any changes it deems necessary to the IANA database for DNS and WHOIS records with respect to the TLD in the event of a transition of the TLD pursuant to this Section 4.5. In addition, ICANN or its designee shall retain and may enforce its rights under the Continued Operations Instrument, regardless of the reason for termination or expiration of this Agreement.”]

  • Vacation Credits Upon Death Earned but unused vacation entitlement shall be made payable, upon termination due to death, to the employee's dependent, or where there is no dependent, to the employee's estate.

  • Termination Upon Sale Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, a Party may terminate its obligations under this Agreement as to a specific operating area or portion thereof if such Party sells or otherwise transfers the area or portion thereof to a non-Affiliate in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The selling or transferring Party shall provide the other Party with at least sixty (60) Days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective on the date specified in the notice. Notwithstanding termination of this Agreement as to a specific operating area, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in the remaining operating areas.
