Global Business definition

Global Business means the business to which Part X of the FSA applies;
Global Business means the business to which Part X applies;
Global Business has the meaning as set out in recital (B) of the BPA;

Global Business shall have the meaning set forth in the first "Whereas" clause of this Agreement.
