Transferring Sick Leave Credit. An employee who transfers to the County from another public agency in Ohio shall be credited with the unused balance of his/her accumulated sick leave, provided that the time between periods of public service does not exceed 10 years, upon receipt by the County of written confirmation of the accrued time.
