Transfers and Reassignments. Transfer shall mean the movement of the employee to a different school or worksite. Reassignment shall mean the change of assignment for an employee within a school or worksite. Voluntary transfer or voluntary reassignment shall mean an employee initiated transfer or reassignment. Involuntary transfer or involuntary reassignment shall mean an employer initiated transfer or reassignment of an employee.
