Transfers - Involuntary. (A) Notice of involuntary transfer shall be given to the teachers as soon as practicable. A list of open teaching positions in the District shall be made available to all teachers being involuntarily transferred or reassigned. Such teachers may apply for positions, in order of preference, to which they desire to be transferred. (B) The preference and seniority of teachers, along with other relevant factors, shall be considered by the District in staffing decisions.
