Transfers of EU and UK Personal Data to Third Country Sub-processors. For the transfers of EU Personal Data or UK Personal Data to a sub-processor located in a third country which does not provide adequate protection for Personal Data Adobe and the applicable sub-processor have entered into the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or UK Standard Contractual Clauses (as applicable) in order to provide appropriate safeguards for the transfer of such EU Personal Data and UK Personal Data in accordance with the European and UK Data Protection Laws.
