Transfers of EU Personal Data. 7.1 Any transfer of Personal Data made subject to this Addendum from member states of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom to any countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection within the meaning of the laws and regulations of these countries shall, to the extent such transfer is subject to such laws and regulations, be undertaken by Zoom through one of the following mechanisms: (i) in accordance with the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Principles issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, both available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/EU-US-Framework (the “Privacy Shield Principles”), or (ii) the Standard Contractual Clauses set forth in Exhibit C to this Addendum.

Transfers of EU Personal Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Rigor is located in the United States and that Customer’s provision of Personal Data from the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (“EU”) to Rigor for processing is a transfer of EU Personal Data to the United States. All transfers of Customer Personal Data out of the EU (“EU Personal Data”) to the United States shall be governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (unless Rigor shall have in place a valid Privacy Shield filing, in which case, compliance with it shall suffice). The terms of the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with Appendices 1 and 2 set out in Exhibit A to this DPA, are incorporated in this DPA by this reference solely as required with respect to EU Personal Data. Execution of this DPA by both parties includes execution of the Standard Contractual Clauses with respect to the processing of EU Personal Data.

The duration of the Processing shall be for the Term of the Agreement plus the period until Yeti deletes all Personal Data processed on behalf of Customer in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Transfers of Personal Data Oracle may store or transfer Your Content on a global basis as necessary for the Purpose(s). Oracle and its affiliates may perform certain aspects of the Services (e.g., administration, maintenance, support, disaster recovery, data processing, etc.) from locations and through subcontractors, worldwide. Data transfers are made subject to the terms of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for Controllers (“Clauses”) if: (a) You (or Your data partner) share, use, or process Personal Data under this Agreement; and (b) such data transfer is: (i) subject to any restrictions or requirements under Directive 95/46/EC or Regulation (EU) 2016/679 repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation); and (ii) made to countries, jurisdictions or recipients outside the EEA or Switzerland not recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC or General Data Protection Regulation. You and Oracle agree that incorporation of the Clauses into this Agreement acts as a legally-binding execution of the Clauses as entered into between Oracle (acting in its own name and in the name and on behalf of the Oracle affiliates) and You (acting in Your own name and in the name and on behalf of Your affiliates).

  • Transfer of Personal Data The Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission by the Company (or any Subsidiary) of any personal data information related to the Option awarded under this Agreement for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan). This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

  • Personal Data Registry Operator shall (i) notify each ICANN-­‐accredited registrar that is a party to the registry-­‐registrar agreement for the TLD of the purposes for which data about any identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) submitted to Registry Operator by such registrar is collected and used under this Agreement or otherwise and the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data, and (ii) require such registrar to obtain the consent of each registrant in the TLD for such collection and use of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data collected from such registrar from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.

  • Transfer of Personal Information Supplier warrants to DXC that Personal Information provided to Supplier or obtained by Supplier under this Agreement on behalf of DXC (including any SOW) shall not be transferred across national boundaries unless authorized by law or specified within this Agreement or the applicable SOW as authorized for transfer across national boundaries. Supplier agrees that any such transfer will only be made in compliance with applicable Data Privacy Laws. If there is a conflict between this Section ‘Data Protection and Privacy’ and the other provisions of this Agreement, the requirements of this Section shall take precedence.

  • Processing Personal Data 40.1. The Company is the data controller in the relevant jurisdiction. You hereby acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of personal data provided by you in connection with the opening of a trading account for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and for administering the relationship between you and us.

  • Use of Personal Data By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. The Participant is not obliged to consent to such collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data, but a refusal to provide such consent may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan. The Participant may, at any time, review Data with respect to the Participant and require any necessary amendments to such Data. The Participant may withdraw his or her consent to use Data herein by notifying the Company in writing; however, the Participant understands that by withdrawing his or her consent to use Data, the Participant may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Protection of Personal Data 25.1 The Parties agree that they may obtain and have access to personal data for the duration of the Agreement for the fulfilment of the rights and obligations contained herein. In performing the obligations as set out in this Agreement, the Parties shall at all times ensure that:

  • Disclosure of Personal Data 18.1 To enable the Bank to consider whether to provide the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember with any financial, insurance, credit card, banking account, related product or service; (b) reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related product or service; and (c) services and products offered by the Bank’s co-branding partners (collectively, “service” or “services”) the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember is required to supply to the Bank from time to time the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s personal details and information pertaining to any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s account held with the Bank and any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s transactions and dealings with or through the Bank (“Personal Data”) and failure to do so may result in the Bank’s inability to provide such service. The Personal Data will be used for considering the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s request and subject to the Bank agreeing to provide such service, the Personal Data will be used in connection with the purposes set out in Clauses 18.2 and 18.3 below.
