UK Personal Data definition

UK Personal Data means the processing of Personal Data to which data protection laws of the United Kingdom were applicable prior to its processing by IFS.
UK Personal Data means any personal data to the extent that UK GDPR applies to the processing of such personal data or the extent that a data subject is a resident of the United Kingdom.
UK Personal Data means personal data (as defined in the UK Data Protection Act 2018) pertaining to individuals in the United Kingdom.
