Documentation of Transfers You can receive a transaction receipt at the time you make any transfer to, from, or between your account(s) using an ATM. · If you have arranged to have direct deposits (which are electronic funds transfers as described in Section 4) made to your asset account(s) at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, the person or company making the deposit will tell you every time they send us the money. How to Withdraw Consent If you have registered for the Service and you wish to withdraw your consent to have Communications provided in electronic form, you must cancel any pending transfer requests (within the time period permitted by the Service cancellation policies) and stop using the Service. There are no fees to cancel a pending transfer request (as long as such cancellation is made within the time period permitted by the Service cancellation policies).
Special Offers/Promotions Generally Where Contractor generally offers more advantageous special price promotions or special discount pricing to other customers during the Contract term for a similar quantity, and the maximum price or discount associated with such offer or promotion is better than the discount or Net Price otherwise available under this Contract, such better price or discount shall apply for similar quantity transactions under this Contract for the life of such general offer or promotion; and
VACANCIES, PROMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS A. The Board recognizes that it is desirable in making assignments to consider the interests and aspirations of its teachers. Requests by a teacher for a transfer to a different class, building, or position shall be made in writing, one copy of which shall be filed with the Superintendent. Such requests shall be renewed once each year to assure active consideration by the Board. The Board will give serious consideration to such requests.
