Common use of Transformation in Health Care Clause in Contracts

Transformation in Health Care. Seniority Recognition Without prejudice to the Union’s or Hospital’s rights under the collective agreement or the Labour Relations Act and/or the Public Sector Labour Relations Transition Act, the parties agree that non-unionized employees who are affected (via relocation/transfer*) shall, when entering the bargaining unit, be afforded seniority and service in accordance with the anniversary of their date of hire (or hours worked) from their original Hospital. Such anniversary date shall be calculated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the relevant collective agreement.
