Transition and Implementation. If any existing interconnection arrangements between the Parties are not in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, DISH Wireless will use commercially reasonable efforts to bring all such arrangements into compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement within six (6) months of the Effective Date of this Agreement or within whatever other period is mutually agreed to by the Parties.
