Transition and Implementation. Where an award of a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreements results in a change of supplier of services similar to the Services(s), the Supplier shall develop a plan to transition Contracting Bodies onto the new Framework Agreement and the resultant Call Off Agreements. The Supplier shall be required to work in a collaborative manner with incumbent suppliers to effect transitional/exit arrangements.
