Transition from Existing Evaluation System. The parties shall agree on a process for identifying the Educator Plan that each Educator will be placed on during the Educator’s first year being evaluated under the new procedures, providing that Educators who have received ratings of unsatisfactory or its equivalent in the prior year will be placed on Directed Growth or Improvement Plans at the sole discretion of the Executive Director.
