Caseload educators Clause Samples

The 'Caseload educators' clause defines the assignment and responsibilities of educators who are designated to manage a specific group of students, often referred to as a caseload. This clause typically outlines how educators are selected for caseload duties, the number of students or cases they are expected to oversee, and the types of support or services they must provide, such as individualized instruction or progress monitoring. Its core function is to ensure that each student receives appropriate attention and support by clearly allocating responsibility among staff, thereby promoting accountability and effective management of student needs.
