Transition to Senior Advisor to President. Subject to earlier termination as hereafter provided, the Executive shall serve the Cooperative as Senior Advisor to the President commencing on January 1, 2006 (the “Transition Date”) and continuing through May 1, 2007 (the “Retirement Date”).
