Translation Services. Classified employees holding appropriate certification of bilingual (Spanish) translation skills as determined by the district will be eligible to apply for a translator stipend which if selected would require the employee to provide translation services as needed during their work day. The number of stipends made available will be based on district need and reviewed on an annual basis. Assessments and interviews will be conducted to assist with the selection process for stipend recipients. There will be two levels of stipends:
