Transmission by operation of law. A person (a transmittee) who establishes to the satisfaction of the Board that the right to any securities has devolved on the transmittee by will or by operation of law may be registered as a Member in respect of the securities or may (subject to the provisions in this Constitution relating to transfers) transfer the securities. However, the Board has the same right to refuse to register the transmittee as if the transmittee was the transferee named in an ordinary transfer presented for registration.
Transmission by operation of law. Any person becoming entitled to any Bond by operation of law (including the death or bankruptcy of any Bondholder) may, upon producing such evidence of entitlement as is acceptable to the Company, obtain registration as the Bondholder of such Bond or execute a transfer of such Bond. This provision includes any case where a person becomes entitled as a survivor or persons registered as joint Bondholder.

A person (a TRANSMITTEE) who establishes to the satisfaction of the Issuer Board that the right to any Notes has devolved on the transmittee by will or by operation of law may be registered as a holder in respect of the Notes or may (subject to the provisions of the Terms of Issue relating to transfers) transfer the Notes. The Issuer Board has the same right to refuse to register the transmittee under Condition 8.3(a) as if the transmittee was the transferee named in a transfer presented for registration (provided that the transmittee will not be required to comply with Conditions 8.1(a) or (b)(i) or (ii)).

Any Person becoming entitled to an Agreed Proportion in consequence of insolvency, bankruptcy, liquidation, arrangement or composition with creditors or assignment for the benefit of creditors or scheme of arrangement of any Beneficiary may be registered as the Beneficiary in respect of the Agreed Proportion or may validly transfer the Agreed Proportion (subject to the provisions of this Deed as to transfers).
